Freshly opened Amazon uk account with -£30 balance- opinion needed please

I have a freshly opened Amazon uk account with -£30 balance. The account is only 3 days old and i never sold on it. I attached a vcc to verify the account but the vcc lacked balance. Te amazon uk account is pro seller account.

The account is still live but i am wondering if amazon will simply deduct the £30 from my funds when i start selling on Amazon and if this can pose any imminent risks for the account down the line.

Below is the message i received from amazon today.
You valued opinions are needed please.

I thank you all in advance.

Amazon message:

"Greetings from Amazon Payments UK.

You have an outstanding amount due in your Selling on Amazon payment account. We attempted to charge your credit card or bank account for this amount, but your bank declined the charge.

All Amazon sellers must provide valid payment information from a credit card and bank account acceptable to Amazon Payments. Please verify that the payment information you have on file is correct, and contact your bank with questions related to the accuracy of the information you provided.

It is possible that the charge was declined due to a credit limit imposed by your bank. If that is the case, we may attempt to charge a lesser amount to your card or account as often as every 24 hours until the remaining balance in your account is paid in full.

If the payment was declined for any other reason, you will need to update the payment information in your account. Disbursements will be suspended until your payment information has been updated. Go to Seller Account information to update your credit card or bank account.

Once your payment information has been updated and verified, a disbursement will be initiated on your next settlement date. Additionally, any fees owed for this settlement period will be charged to the credit card or bank account on your next settlement date.

As a reminder, for amounts you owe us, Amazon Payments may charge any payment instrument you provide.

For more information, see Credit Card Information for Your Selling on Amazon Payment Account.

Thank you for selling on Amazon.
