Amazon buy box - not rotating?
 

Has anyone ever run into an issue similar to this?

I like to watch some product listings to get a better understanding of how things "go" on Amazon. I noticed that some listings (extremely rare) do not rotate the buy box.

Take this product for example:

Although the brand is selling on the listing, I've never seen the case where someone can hold 100% of the buy box, 100% of the time.

The other sellers never show up on the buy box (I've been monitoring this anomaly for a few weeks now).

Any ideas why this could be happening?

Thoughts on what can be done to fix this issue if it were happening to you?

You're right---which is weird because I checked on my desktop and I see the buy box rotated, but I'm checking on my phone at the same time and its still the brand owner. Could it be rotating on desktop users and not cell phone? Or is there something else going on that I'm missing?

I checked on my stealth (another region) and its rotating, but on my home network its always the same person.

I guess it really is region based, all my evidence is pointing towards this.
