Exclamation Payment unavailable, account under review due to changing deposit method

Hello,
I changed my deposit method account 5 days ago and used the same name with the old bank account. When I clicked the View Details in Payment section it said my account was under review. You can see the screenshot below:

I contacted Seller Support and they said they was reviewing my account due to changing deposit method, days later they responded that they didn't know why my account was suspended, and told me to contact Seller performance.
I received no email and notification related to this issue except the notification when I changed my bank account that the payment will be held in 3 days.
Could anyone advise me if there is any issue with my account ? How can it be resolved?

when you want to change your deposit method,did they ask you to verify the method you are using now?
like if yiu are using bank account xxxxx,you have to enter that account number so they know it is not a hacker trying to divert the fund

Yes I put the old account number they asked. It was changed successfully with an email stated that payment will be mandatory held in 3 days. My account status is still active and receives new orders normally. I don't understand what happened.

If you check notifications under performance did they suspend and now request utility/business license?

Did you update bank info on a shop that was inactive without history/sales/cookies built?

this happen everytime u change bank. 3 day hold mandatory for all bank update

I recalled awhileback on AMZN seller forum,a seller claimed someone hacked into his account and change the deposit method,by the time he realised such,he lost $81K,and AMZN would not tell him the deposit method the hacker used so he can trace where it went,AMZN claimed they did not detect any hacking.
incidents like this could have prompted AMZN to come up with the security measure like you must know the existing account/method before you can make changes.

I just noticed it when I wonder about the payment date, when I clicked the View Details beside the Unavailable balance it shows the "under review" status like the picture above.

your accont is under review it can take many days to months

Have you in the same position of my account?
It's strange that there's no notification and email about the reason of under review status.
Even the seller support didn't know what was the reason and they told me to contact seller performance team.
I'm really confused because there are new orders every day not yet shipped :(

You are in Vietnam,it could take longer to verify your bank account,AMZN is US based

Was it a necessity for you to change the bank info?

My rule of thumb is always never to change any info on any stealth accounts.

is he using a Vietnames bank?
Paypal is known to have problem working with Vietnamese bank.

...Hacked...don't remember if that user posted follow-up though
