What is amazon ghost

Thinking of buying the amazon Ghost but i dont understand how this can work at all.

its possible to make a ebay stealth account since they do not ask for SSN and ID when creating a account.

But how is it possible to create an amazon ghost when they ask for id and i think SSN also?

I know how to create a shop my question was if there is a way to create a withoit my identity (not speaking of faking id card)
