 Amazon Issues
So I have been selling on Amazon for about 3 yeas with no issues. Also sell on etsy and Ebay and get suspended a lot on ebay. Trying to build up my Amazon account with legit non vero items. Everything going well. So I see a "sale" on three items that will fit right in with what I have been selling on Amazon. I buy 20 of each and post them. They get taken down 3 days later by rights owner, no problem, didn't know they were copyrighted and there is NO WAY to know this ahead of time. There is no image search on the federal copyright website. So 2 weeks later (Tuesday) I get my account restricted and must show PROOF the items I sold were authentic? I filled out all the forms stating I was unaware these items I bought were copyright, I even sent in the supplier order.
So this morning I get a request for more information proving my items were authentic. I have already told them they weren't. So am I just toast. I told them I would not post any item with further study, even to the point I have reached out to my three major competitors and they said they would be glad to look at my item prior to me posting to see if it is one of their copyrighted items.
So is my account just dead.
