Azure and OTP issue: Keeps asking for code
 

Dear forum,

This is my first post around here. Glad to be part of this community!

I'm currently providing consultancy to multiple Amazon sellers, three of which use a cloud virtual machine in Microsoft Azure. The signing in in two of these VMs is constantly asking for OTP code even after checking the "Don’t require OTP on this browser" box.

This is not happening with the accounts that are being managed in real computers, so I'm worried it has to do with the fact it is a cloud VM.

Already tried clearing the browser's temporary files (Chrome) and even using Mozilla as an alternative.

Is someone else having this issue? Should I be worried?

Sounds like its not saving the history/cookies in the settings of whatever cloud server you're using

Amazon was glitching. Now it's fixed.

I was having that same issue for a few days, but it seems like its fixed now

Were you guys accessing with Azure or another cloud Virtual Machine also?

I'm still having the same issue. We even created a new virtual machine for using a different Amazon Seller Account and it's also having this issue, constantly signing out automatically and asking for OTP again.
