Listing taken down for review---can't appeal??
 

Hey guys,

Wondering if anyone had a similar issue, and can help me fix the problem.

Amazon is doing a review on one of my listings and took it down, so I can't sell the item while the review is going. I showed proof the item is from the manufacturer/brand, but every time I reply to amazons email, I get a reply from another department for something that has nothing to do with my situation. This has happened I think about 3-5 times now.

Its going on two weeks now and I'm a bit lost on what I should do at this point... can anyone offer some advice? I want to reach the right people at this point and sell my inventory.

I did try to reply inside the performance notification section, but it didn't give me the option, which is weird.

you need to wait for Amazon to complete review, keep sending emails to them not good idea

The thing is I submitted what they asked for, but different departments are the ones replying to the email. Its been about 2 weeks and whenever I reply, its another department replying about something completely unrelated.

I'll wait it out, but it looks like my emails are getting forwarded to the wrong department

How long could it take before I see a reply about my issue? I've been waiting about 2-3 weeks now to try and resolve this, I have the manufacturers/brands invoice so this should easily be resolved, I don't know who to contact at this point to get this properly looked at..

invoice already sent 4 days ago.
Only 1 reply : "thank's for submitting info about your inventory ecc ecc....waiting for account review"

But nothing!

no wait...this is maybe the tenth time and they usually respond in 2 days
