Amazon selling items

I am willing to sell items on Amazon like: Web hosting package

But each time it is asking me for

Product ID
Sku etc..

And when i post the items, it is different, i mean it is with a title and description from an existing post from different seller

Why it copy the post from the seller instead of my post?

What i should do please if i want to sell a specific item , if you can explain it step by step plz :/
