Yes, it won't cause any issues, provided:
- you are using the same IP Address while changing the username
- you stored the browsing history/cookies (you are also using the 'usual' device logging in the account)
Sometimes, the absence of the mentioned factors above, may trigger the system for unauthorized access.

Should be fine to update if you have cookies/history/activity

Without those updating legal entity, vcc or bank will most often request verification
