Az claim no 3 days
 

Did you never received a quickly az claim from customer that you don't have 3 days but is closing immediately at the buyer favour? ,I received one recently but I never been notified when it was opened

The buyers can do also if you do not authorize immediately their return request

If the buyer opened a return request and the return request simply stated he hasn't gotten the item (which some buyers sometimes do, because they r too stupid to send an email) then you're out of luck.

On the other hand, if the return request states something else (like buyer doesn't like the item he got from you and wants to return it) then you have proof that it was delivered and you can challenge the decision that was made in the buyers favor.

EDIT: this is my experience on AMZ EU, no idea what it is like with AMZ US.
