Hey everyone ! I have been burned by amazon , they have decided to keep my funds . I have contacted lan attorney and we are going to open a class action case against them. If you are in the same situation please message me I think there is hope !!

Problem is we sellers are not organized enough to make enough noise about these predatory practices on the part of Amazon. If major newspapers talk about the damn thing something could in theory happen (i.e: Amazon acting fool and cutting the demon act).

This is robbery and god knows how many millions they have stolen from sellers who had no power to fight back.

Hoping this isn't the be all end all. They have around 2.8k of my funds. I was suspended for apparently selling restricted/prohibited items. Tried appealing but was denied.

They keep stealing my inventory. It really pisses me off why does a billion dollar company keep sneaking my inventory in their pocket. They must be doing it to thousands of sellers who don’t even notice.

The issue is they have these guys from India getting paid $1 an hour deciding whether or not you deserve to get paid. They probably hate their life, and are glad to screw over people any chance they get.

So originally I had an attorney who’s idea it was for a civil law suit . Turns out she was as scared as the other 40 lawyers I called to help me . So I am back at square one . This sucks

if you called 41 lawyers,and no one would take on the case,then it is your case has no merit,they dont want to waste their time
