Full machine formate enough for Amazon?
 

Hi Guys.

Have a spare laptop that was used with an Amazon account that eventually got permanent suspension.

Was wondering, if I do a full clean installation of Windows (delete HDD partition, create new partition and then load a new installation of Windows with new Windows licence etc), will that be enough to start a new Amazon account using that laptop without triggering an linkage?

Obviously the laptop hardware will be the same, but will be using a mobile data dongle with a new sim card etc so IP addresses will not be the same. Obviously with all new info (name, address, credit card, new payoneer bank account details etc etc).

An advice on anything else I should do on the system after format (install different programs to what was installed before etc)?

Having full clean installation is enough already, and with all other new info you needed to use.

Amazon is just really good with linking accounts, unlike eBay and paypal which are way too lenient compared to amazon.

fresh format and install should be fine

keep track of the IPs used if you're using a dongle

Fresh format is fine, but use a usb to ethernet hub to switch out the first device your using to connect to the internet.
