Selling on a family member's Amazon Account
 

I was banned from selling on amazon a year ago. My brother has an aged amazon account that he sells like 5-10 items per year on. He also used the free seller account and not the $39.99/month subscription version. Could I use his account to sell on or would it get banned?

The accounts would probably be linked since they shared an address at some point.

Bad idea.
You know the risks which makes it even worse.
Don't mix family and business.

if your brother 's account which share the same address at one time as yours is still up and running,why not ask him to add your listings to his account,better do it using his ISP and device.
You know your sales proceeds will go to his bank account and he would end up reporting as income.
