Creating New Amazon Seller After Suspension (Not Stealth)
 

I am looking to bring my arbitrage game to Amazon. I was suspended years ago for poor performance. What are my options for getting back on using legit information that can be confirmed? Thanks in advance.

If you've never created an amazon account with your information then the process should be pretty straight forward

First stage you will need to verify your ID and bank statement

Then the 2nd stage which happens majority of the time is to verify utility bill and/or business license

Amazon has my SSN from when I previously created a seller account. Can I still create an account in my name with a new billing address, credit card and phone number. Or, will having this SSN on file be problematic? My hope was to use an EIN to bypass SSN, however I am not in tune with how Amazon performs their identity verification. Thus, my question of will I need someone to create an account for me.. Thanks in advance!

If amazon doesnt have your DOB on your older account, you can reuse your name on the new account. Use a passport as it doesnt show your address.

If amazon DOES have your DOB I would not reuse your name and look for alternative stealth options, as a double link (name + DOB) is too easy of a link. Name alone should not link.

Once you create account, create as a sole-prop. Register a S-Corp and wait 90 days for the EIN to propogate in the IRS database, then switch the legal entity on Amazon to an S-Corp and enter the EIN.

Make new LLC and use its information.
