Address used for S-Corp/LLC and Amazon?
 

What address do you register for your S-Corp / LLC with the IRS? What address to register on your Amazon legal entity business address?

Past threads state: random/phake addresses, mailbox rentals, relatives addresses,etc.

Would like to hear whats worked best and is the most economical (ie avoiding monthly mailbox rental fees).

if you are renting,how about your landlord's address,if he lives closeby .

Not renting. Owning, with the address being the suspended address.

Even so, what if my landlord made an amazon account? Or his son/daughter? Using someone elses address, especially when forming an S-Corp (which will be formed in my state) does not seem wise.

Why not pay the extra monthly bill for P.O. Box at some mom and pop or UPS place? If your looking for a piece of mind without having to worry about possible suspended or used address?

i just got EIN number yesterday and on the business address i picked one from a random virtual office address, but i did put my real address on the mailing address. i changed my last name, and wanna apply for a seller account using my EIN, because amazon already has my SSN. any advise?

You can have everything go to a mailbox you are renting, all of it matching would be best

You picked a random virtual office address? Is this an address you have ownership of?

You changed your last name on what? For the EIN you applied for? This is illegal.

You can use the EIN for the legal entity (whichever it was) for the AMZ account. Certain entities will not work which I cannot remember off the top of my head. AMZ matches with the IRS database for EIN/Name.
