Money Freeze
 
My Amazon account was temporarily limited as verification and planning etc..

They have called me and everything is ok now except that

I have XXX Money on it since November 2019, for the month of November i have been able to transfer it to my bank account but then it remain $ 0
despite i have money on it

What i shall do now please?

Since end of November it remain $ 0 despite i am selling items and receiving money from different clients :(

I have had many accounts like that. Sometimes they just make a hold and when I stopped selling, it was worse. I think that you have to manage risk by making fewer sales, but not stopping. Eventually, in a month or so, they will give you big part of the money.
In ten accounts, I have had holds on 8 of them without doing anything crazy on amazon.

All that has happened to OP is they've re-initiated a 90 day hold because of verification. He passed, business as usual.
