Is steath account holder eligible to take amazon to court?

hi
My steath account was suspended with alomost £10k inside.
received email from amazon indicating that my payment account failed verification and this is their final desicion, no appeal available. ( 100% feedback, no A-Z claim, all items are FBA and genuine).

amazon refused to release my funds after 90 days.

i just wondering if I can take amazon to court?
anybody ( steath holder) done before ? any solicitor recommended ?
professional advice needed.

As for a solicitor, forget it, if there's remotely a sniff of fraud.

OP, sadly tinsoldier is right since the account is a stealth after all....ID and such :(

I've heard of people having a lawyer deal with arbitration on behalf of the client and winning, search the website to find out what they said.

Its worth talking to a lawyer to see what they say.

If you have a company on the account and the company is in your name, why can't you represent yourself under the umbrella of the company, and not as the stealth user?

Again, search the forum and talk to a lawyer.

Did they write to you stating that funds will not be released?

Hey Jane, I have been suspended and I'm looking to buy a stealth account.
Can you connect me with your seller?
I'm afraid to buy one to someone with no reference at all.
Thanks

i always create account by myself, don't buy account, that won't last.
creating amazon account won't takes long, just need a passport, proof address, and a bank.
GB knows a lot about this, he can recommend you who you should contact in this forum.

Payment account verification failed? Interesting one did you check everything was fully stealth and not linked to a previous AMZ account or details used with a previous account?

I got an account banned way back in 2012 with 8k in it but they released the money after about 4 months automatically. I think they have to by law actually but could have now been changed?

No point taking them on. Especially being stealth however you could speak with citizens advice but I doubt there’s much you can do except create a new stealth account and try and learn what went wrong with the previous one with the payment account verification fail?

With luck you might get your 10k appear in your bank account after 4 months... of your lucky

True, but could still be a possibility for the OP to get there money. Just a waiting game of about 4 months and seeing if the money does get paid out but as you say a lot has changed and I don’t want to get the OPs hopes up, there a chance it’s not going to be paid out.
