I have a question about using multiple Amazon accounts.
Which option should I do?

1- Make a new user account on my computer and use VPN with new Fresh IP.
2- Buy a VPS and use VPN on this computer.
3- Use VMWare create new computer and use VPN software.

Also, when Amazon is going to ask me the utilities bill and ID, are they going to catch me since I have already an account?

What is the $15000 limitation?

1. user accounts are risky due to the finger print being very similar, go with virtual machines and fresh OS installs on each machine w/ different browser on each one

2. VPS risky as their fingerprints are all very similar

3. That is your best option

Verification happens at the start for EU/UK you have initial verification and then re-verification once you get to 15K
