I have a SM-LLC and made an S-election (s-election takes up to 60 days). I will be verifying my LLC EIN with my business name shortly using the IRS database before updating anything on Amazon.

Havent been able to apply for an account yet, sent in some mail to the IRS. They are pretty slow to act. May take some time for me to be able to create an account.
