Hi, I got a message from amazon today that per my request my US seller account was downgraded to individual and almost all listings from my inventory are gone, Canada is also showing as individual but listings are there, Mexico still shows as a Pro merchant .I didn't do that request. Can a competitor call and do all that on my behalf ? has anyone ever run to this issue ?

No only I have the access. So to do it over the phone without email and password to the account not possible ?
Two hours have passed since you first posted, I take it you've asked Amazon and are awaiting their reply. Personally I'd have rung them before this forum even entered my head. Why didn't you?
it's stealth account other gender .I just opened a case. and waiting for reply. don't really wanna talk to them to get the account into more issues
if you did not have enough funds on the marketplace you were selling on then it will be downgraded
if you have a US shop that was created on the Canadian marketplace then you may need to have sales on the Canadian marketplace to keep the fees paid
There was enough money to pay for everything. and the message i got for amazon saying "As you requested, your monthly Pro Merchant subscription has been cancelled.
We will automatically modify your listings (if any) to apply the new fee schedule to your current listings.
