I believe the member was able to resolve the issue

Are you talking about the utility request on your own account that happened shortly after sign up?

Yes, I am still trying to resolve that. I need to activate this account.
I also sent you an email a few hours ago for new account.

Was the utility request on your own shop or a shop you purchased?

The shops we sell are stress tested to purposely trigger the utility request

So a bit confused - I have replied to all emails
