Do Amazon utility bill requests need to be colored?

Buts its unclear what documents they are referring to. All Seller Identity documents? All documents including utility bills? Who knows.

Does amazon require utility bills to be colored or do they accept black and white documents?

Example, if I have a internet bill that is colored (PDF) and print it on my printer (black and white only) the scan of it will be black and white (not colored).
