Amazon Lawsuit - Good or bad?
Hey guys,
Did you hear about the case where this lady got injured from a product sold on Amazon, the Chinese sellers disappeared and now she's suing Amazon? Apparently it's a high profile case, I only hope if the lady actually wins the case, that they reign down on overseas sellers to ensure this doesn't happen again (force them to be registered in the USA, AND have insurance policies for any products that could turn harmful to buyers IF they are selling in the USA). This should weed out a lot of crappy Chinese sellers flooding the market with cheap, crappy goods.
I know (logically speaking) my idea above would be a good idea to build on, BUT knowing these platforms, Amazon will probably reign down fire on everyone selling on the platform instead...God forbid.
