Friend is US permanent resident and is from Albania and wants to open a seller accoun
 

My friend is trying to set up US sellers account. He is a US permanent resident, however born in Albania and the passport was issued by Albania as well. Even though Albania is in the list of the countries accepted to sell in Amazon, in the dropdown menu where you can select the country of birth and the country that issued the passport, Albania is not listed. He is not able to move forward creating the sellers account. Have any of you experienced a similar situation?

Use other documentation of his residency like green card rather than the passport.

You should have a national ID option besides passport
