Does the Chase Amazon.com Credit Card share info with Amazon?
 

Lets say I have a Chase Bank Amazon.com Credit Card and I call Chase to have them add a suspended address on the card.

Will Amazon see this??

There is not one share the detail. They just match the detail. When you charge the card, they come up with a message that

ADDRESS DOES NOT MATCH
ZIP CODE DOES NOT MATCH

OR

ADDRESS MATCH
ZIP CODE DOES NOT MATCH

They do not share the actual address

Are you sure? Chase and Amazon already share intimate details about the card such as points accumulated which can be viewed on your amazon.com account.

To be clear. I already use this card to buy things on Amazon, but I wont ever be using this new address I will be adding to the card on Chases end.

You want to add a suspended address as a billing address on your chase card?

Thats correct. I also buy other things outside of Amazon using this address. I do not want Amazon to see this addresses added to my chase card.

Since the card is an "Amazon.com" card I dont want amazon to see this change.

I don't think Chase bank will share your billing address with Amazon

That would be a bit invasive

Amazon will only see what you provide them with
