Legal action against amazon
 

My buyer account (real account with real info, all legit) was suspended last year. They never told me why but I'm pretty sure it was because using too much gift cards (legit gift cards bought with cash, I have all the receipts).

So I got suspended, and the wealthiest man in the world literally stole me 1500usd of balance I had in my account (due to actually trusting amazon)...

The thing is I am not a USA citizen and I do not live there. Is there a way for me to legally push amazon to give me back my money which they stole me?

I do not dropshipp. I do not make arbitrage between websites. I only used to buy items and import them to argentina on my own (amazon doesn't ship or sell items to argentina). So I haven't done anything against them, I was just a good customer buying a lot.

And the gift cards use is because it was the easiest way to buy with cash without having to use credit cards o international wire transfers which are messy.

Does anyone know If I can do something?

It was my only account/legit account with my real information.

There was no purpose to distrust Amazon, since I really think I wasn't doing anything ilegal. That's why I had 1500usd of balance. Real account created on 2013.

Do you think I would leave that balance on Amazon today after that?

I'm pretty sure If I were an USA citizen, I could win this pretty easily in a court, but I'm not. That's why I'm asking this here.

I created a stealth account AFTER they banned me bro... didn't we all do that?

That's tough... gift cards are known to cause issues with amazon.
I've seen it too many times.

My recommendation would be to create amazon ghost accounts, but this time don't use gift cards anymore. Use your own credit card to buy.

This should solve your suspension issue.

if AMZN does not exist in Argentina,and you were buying on AMZN ,whom did you buy from and do they ship to Argentina??
Is your AMZN account real or stealth registered as US account?

I was buying in Amazon USA and shipping to a freight forwarder in Miami, which later would ship to me here...

And for the third time, my account was with my real name and info.

You don't have to be a US citizen to utilize the US court system. Google/YouTube search 'amazon small claims court' and go from there. Most times you won't have to show up in person and there's a cottage industry of firms who'll act on your behalf. You'll have to determine if it's worth the time and money and you better be confident you acted well within the Buyer TOS.

your money is gone,those discount gift cards are sold at discount for a reason.
start a new account and use real cards.
if you are buying only,cant you ask someone to buy for you ?
