Reach out to your customers that purchase an item as soon as they purchase the item

Then keep following up with them as their product is shipped/on its way

Follow up a couple days after it arrives and ask for feedback etc

Also the first few reviews from F&F are usually sufficient to start. As well as you can enroll in amazon review program.

Also include a nice professional card - can help but Az customers are notorious for being low on feedback response...unless there are bad issues :(

The person leaving the review has to be a complete stranger, their algo catches F&F, I don't know how but this is insane.

Amazon is NOT a retail company... they are actually a tech company.
