Amazon UK asking for this - anyone know what this is. The guy at Company house didn't seem to heard of it

Does anyone have a template of a certificate of incorporation? I used ⊗⊗⊗⊗ details so dont have anything. They want the company registration extract, but if a certificate of incorporation is good.... Any help please?

Please don't do this - it is instantly checkable and once they realise you are dodgy you will be toast - think about it

I would guess the Certificate of Incorporation and possibly a copy of the articles of association.

A good way to answer it may be to contact Ebay and ask exactly what it is they want

Do you think that might work?

As has been previously said you really REALLY do not want to get involved in messing with companies house documents - you will bring a whole heap of smelly stuff down upon your head

I am being asked by amazon for these, for a made up USA company, shold I just leave it and try a different way? or are there ways around this?

The problem you have is that whatever you choose to send them is instantly checkable - it looks like it is time to start again (but I know very little about US company regulations)

Have you tried getting an LLC in Florida? They are free. Don't know about foreigners but worth a try.
