Amazon removed top-selling listing
 

:faint: Amazon without warning or any form of communication has removed my best-selling listing from website today. Im so angry as this listing was doing 100+ sales a day and is two years old.

The reason stated was that my remaining 500 units are unfulfillable :confused: but yet all the inventory has been in stock for 30+ days.

The reason the stock is unfulfillable is because it is apparently defective, but I know its NOT ( meaning according to Amazon below)

Has anyone ever experienced this???

Defective:

"Inventory that does not look or function as described in the listing and is not visibly damaged; for example, a recalled product"

AMZN thinks it is counterfeit.
you know AMZN FBA is now accountable for merchandise which is counterfeit,illegal,US customs can move in and ask AMZN to destroy them

Impossible two year old listing and its brand registered with my own brand.

Friend makes no difference, they can f**k your listing and account anytime thats the beauty of ebay and Amazon

If it's an inventory issue, why remove the listing? In theory replacing the inventory would fix it

Did you have lots of customer complaints/returns lately?

Both - removed listing pictures & said Stock unfulfillable .

if this is a private brand and made by Chinese sellers for you,but it is actually a replica of a name brand,the brand owner could notify AMZN.
SO you said you have more in AMZN warehouse,did they suggest what to do with your inventory?
go to AMZN seller forum and see if anyone has similar issue

it turns out Amazon wants my CE cert, declaration of conformity and a bunch of other things which I have sent to the twice now.

they really need to up their system - this is the third time this is happening. however the past two times they didn't remove listing pics and change status of fba stock.

this just shows how important build up traffic to your own website, and use amazon as bonus.

This is serious issue not easy as you think, they have system in place and untill they not happy with the documents they will not allow you to sell that stock,

As I say, this is the third time.

The third time Amazon are asking for exactly the same information. I have already passed this check twice. Hence I did not think it was this request for information again and kind of panicked.
