Amazon Verification Help
 

I have opened an Amazon account with all valid personal information.
It was suspended as soon as it was opened as expected.
They asked for utility bill which I provided through the website, I gave a optimum internet bill which was mentioned as being one of the acceptable documents. It was done through the appeal button on website.
They responded saying the information does not match but it does match %100.
I responded again with the same information but I am getting no response.
Is there an email I can contact them at? or any other recommendation.

Everything is legit, not stealth.

That is same issue everyone is facing, there is no solution but to re-submit and hope you run into a person that actually reviews your account

It seems most are not looking and sending automated resonses

Stop listening to beautiful.They just want you to go above and beyond to prove your identity.If your from the usa you have options to get creative to show amazon you are from where you say you are.And the card on file is truly yours.Dont just go by what they tell you in the email,do as much as you can to prove your identity to them.Someone on this forum said they sent in their leasing agreement and got approved.Thats thinking outside the box.

Amazon wouldnt even be this strict if it wasnt for certain people who think mass producing accounts accounts was a good idea.The more you try to mass produce their accounts the stricter they get,i guarentee you stop theyll ease their grip.

I'm only sharing what I read from others, as there have been several people saying they have submitted their legit utility bill and get denied. But after several attempts, it was accepted.

Only sharing the information that was previously posted by others, relax.

I will also try with a lease agreement + internet invoice. Since our lease is all inclusive only invoice I get is from Optimum for internet+phone.
