Not sure about now though | It is just the same with VPN providers. I have myself tried VPNs before. It was they called as guaranteed FRESH and DEDICATED IPs (not IPBurger nor 24vc btw, as these just existed lately). I oredered 5 dedicated IPs, but they are on the same subnets. What's worst is that they all got suspended, (are they linked because of the subnets? NO, they were suspended due to BAD, and blacklisted IPs).
So yea, don't worry about having the same sub nets,the important is you're using REAL IP ADDRESS, which is far better than using any vpns.
