Amazon A-Z clime .

I want to know your opinion, I made orders on Amazon Singapore ,. I did not receive any orders, the track number is not tracked , the seller does not respond to emails ,I opened the clime. in my experience all issues with orders not received or resolved immediately or within one day , but now my clime under review more one week.. and Amazon nothing say , just under review.. , support Amazon such.....that are idiots , one specialist says one thing and another completely different and all they can say is sorry , we understand you and so on.... I am already tired of listening to their stories and would like to ask you whether it is worth waiting for a decision from Amazon or whether it is better to apply for a chargeback to the Bank? thanks.

if Singapore is like US,you have 180 days to file chargeback with your cc issuer.
AMZN has lowered the metrics for poor performance,it could have allowed sellers to take longer time to ship.
if the seller is not in Singapore,say USA,there are not many flights going to SE Asia these days

I am waiting my orders more 4 weeks but not a 180 days yet , I am just worry because always all not receive climes Amazon resolves always - fast maximum one day but now more week and still under review....
