Amazon Stealth Account-Using a P.O. Box

After reading the Amazon Ghost book it mentions option 2 you can rent a PO Box. When you open a new Amazon Seller account Amazon now asks for a credit card bill and utility bill. How would you handle this situation??

You can pick up a VCC from the service section on aspkin

or add your new UPS address as an additional authorization address

you may need to be creative for the bill
