Brand transfer or being able to control the brand's listings with another account
 

Hi dears,
I operate an Amazon seller account with a registered brand attached to this seller account (the brand is registered on the amazon brand registry system). Now, if for whatever reason our amazon account is suspended what happens to the brand?
Is there a way for another amazon account to fully control the brand, for instance being able to edit listings or add new products under this brand?

I found online the following piece of information (not sure if it's relevant to my questions):

"As the Brand administrator, you can assign 3 different roles to other users:
1. Administrator: an individual who has full permission to assign roles to user accounts.
2. Rights Owner: an individual who is the rights owner or an employee of the rights owner who is authorized to report violations.
3. Registered Agent: a third party who is authorized by the rights owner to report violations"

Is this a way to transfer the brand between accounts? But then how will the new account be able to edit or add new listings under this same brand?

So I assume you (as administrator) add a new user later on which will be able to list under your brand.
Shouldn't be too complicated.

Yeah.. that's my assumption too but..
Does being brand administrator mean you can edit and add new listings under that brand?
From the link below it seems that these two things are not related:

That "Nomad" guy says:
"Brand Registry roles don’t have anything to do with managing listings (which is determined by user permissions in Seller Central)"

So this probably means that the original account needs to:
1) Assign "Administrator role" to the new seller account
2) Give all the user permissions to the new seller account. Permissions for what exactly?

And then the crucial question is:
If the old seller account gets suspended, will the new seller account still be able to control the brand's listings?
