2nd Amazon Account Under New Name
 

Hello,

I'm setting up a new Amazon seller account after being suspended. I was thinking of creating an LLC S-Corp under a family member's name so they will do the ID verification with Amazon then once ID verification is completed I will later be added to the Corp without telling Amazon. I have a new EIN, address,IP, etc.

Thoughts if this has the potential to work? Also, would it be a good idea once verification is completed to remove my family member from the corp and just keep myself since they will only be doing the ID verification?

I guess that should work fine.

Since amz can't see the Corp members. Just make sure you got all your technical things in place since that can F.. you big time.

I am wondering this process as well, but for my LLC. I suppose I can sign using my girlfriends information, but she isn't on my LLC. I suppose add her as an employee? That way we can get the ID verification done

The verification happens before you add LLC information, you'll need to verify the account with the information you initially register with
