Price alerts(seller)

Amazon started to suppress a few listings with price alerts. Even after setting up the max pricing. It seems like its due to Amazons fair pricing policy.

Has anyone ever had these randomly go active? For example if the bots detect that another website no longer has them on sale and for full price will that trigger the listing to go active?

Is there a way to get these listings to go active?

The answer is NO,bots dont do that unless someone makes the changes.
But then there are AMZN bots which make sure you dont sell the same item for less on WMT?Or is it the other way around?

doesnt seem like you are answering, just assuming bots are collecting data from on fixed input....

If the ave price of an item is $50 and your price is 100, then amazon will make you inactive. as everyone sells out and the ave price slowly raises, if you make your listing active again will it stay active? thats my question.

Does Wmt or AMZN has a policy if you sell on both sites, you cant make one less than the other?
