Booting Hijackers
 

Any effective ways to get someone off my listing? I have a trademark, brand registered and I have one dropping the price on me. It's a seasonal item, so waiting for them to run out of stock isn't an option.

Depends if you have morals or not. If not then there's a few ways I can think of. Firstly, you can mass-report his listings for vero or something else using many accounts, don't need anything as even a buyer account with nothing verified can report a listing. Second thing you can do is create ⊗⊗⊗⊗ accounts and chargeback him on all those accounts possibly causing limited paypal or/and leaving him lots of negative feedback which he won't be able to remove, you will need vcc or some money in paypal for this method obviously but you can chargeback and cause many issues like item not described, ⊗⊗⊗⊗ posting etc, be creative. Thirdly is the ⊗⊗⊗⊗ tracking i.d method which is used for a lot of "refund" scams in the not so legal part of other forums but you probably won
t be able to do this if you're not familiar with it. It basically involves you "returning" the item but providing a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ tracking i.d that will show as delivered but it's not. Just be creative, and if you want to be morally right then there is no way, you just have to suck it up.

this will work for one or two returns,but not mass returns,there are ways to find out

As a brand owner you should have this option in your amazon dashboard.
JUst report them and your dedicated CS from brand registry should boot them.
THey are usually pretty fast at kicking people out from listings like this.
