Can Amazon see your IP if you are not logged in?
 

I am getting a new IP through my internet provider, My amazon account is not suspended yet but I think it will be soon. So Im just going to open another account in my moms name. My question is when I change my IP will amazon be able to see my New IP from my old amazon account even while not being logged in, or do you have to be logged in for them to get updated information for IPs? Geez that sounded confusing! Any help is appreciated! Thanks!

If you are not transferring data to their servers they have no way of seeing your IP.

HOWEVER Amazon stealth is no joke and you'll probably need a bit more than just a new IP from your ISP, and your mom's ID.

As long as you have not been logged into the account as a buyer/seller with the IP it should be fine

But if you're using other similarities like same address, on top of a possible IP re-use that could cause issues
