Address questions?
 

So say I want to open a new amazon seller account in my moms name who has never had one. BUT she lives in Ohio and I live in Kentucky and she regularly ses her Amazon buyer account. Is it ok for her to have a buyer account in Ohio she actively uses and me have a amazon seller account in kentucky in her name? Also I will be using mobile broadband?

Most of you are probably going to be like WOW what an idiot! lol sorry but one more dumb question ive wondered about and I know this is something that everyone knows but im a little behind lol. So when getting an amazon stealth seller account. Say i live at 123 Main street but im using mobile broadband so the address on my stealth account is 456 Main street, in a whole another state is that okay..like can amazon see what state you are actually in? I know this is pretty well known knowledge basically about IP address but I just want to make sure I understand clearly and perfectly before messing anything up! But im pretty sure this is the whole reason of getting a new IP or mobile broadband right..lol so they dont know where you are, just want to make sure better safe than sorry as I am new to all this Thanks!
