User Permission Amazon-Can you call in?

Im a female but making an account with my uncles info. So i like to be able to call in and talk to someone if i have a problem..being a female would not work out in this case..if i make a user permission can that user who will be me call in regarding the account?

Is there a particular issue you would need to handle via phone that can't be resolved via the email support system in place?
