Will seller fees be deducted from Balance?

If I use a VCC that has enough money on it to pay for first months Pro Seller Fees
Can I change settings that from second month Pro Seller Fees are deducted from Balance?

If so, techincally Id never have to update VCC, right?

You can add as much funds as you want, if you use your real card then it will keep billing it $39.99 every month

The fees are primarily taken from the amazon sales balance, if there isn't enough balance it gets it from the card on file
