Amazon Suspension question
I had 150 items posted and 3 turned out to be copyrighted from company. Long long story short they suspended me and asked for plan. I sent in plan explaining that the vero items were not known to me to be vero and they are listed by numerous people on ebay and etsy. Also that going forward I would ONLY post designs that I designed and had made, even sent them pictures of 30 designs with images and stating I had 70 more ready to produce.
They have turned down my 4 request with the SAME canned response. Is it possible to speak with someone at Amazon. These yahoos are not very intelligent? What more could I do except apologize and promise NEVER to post copyrighted items again.
Someone please assist. I sell probably 100k on ebay and etsy together and only maybe $8000 last year on Amazon so no biggy. |
