you cant use gc blance to purchase any giftcard on amazon

I know there are some limitations on which ones you can buy, but I've bought several dozens of gift cards on Amazon using a gift card balance. This was from my personal account that's been heavily used for several years, so it's likely more difficult or not possible for stealth accounts...but it is possible. At least as of 2 weeks ago, which is the last time I bought a gift card.

The keywords in Amazon's terms and conditions are "or certain third-party gift cards."

I haven't tried a Google Play gift card specifically, but I've bought both digital and physical cards for Best Buy, Lowes, Home Depot, Sephora, and numerous restaurants and fast food places many times using a gift card balance.

If anyone would like, I'd be happy to take screenshots if it's possible for me to post or link them here.

It works but you are taking a risk if you continue Amazon will shut down your account and steal whatever gift balance you have left in the account, speaking from experience.

Yeah, I got an email from Amazon telling me to stop when I was buying $1,000+/day, but they didn't close my account. I never said it was safe to buy them though. I just said it was possible to buy gift cards with a gift card balance. Which it is.

I'm sure YMMV, but I wouldn't advise anyone to buy them, especially on an account more likely to have issues. I did it for a few weeks on an old legit personal account that is used heavily to ship 99% to my home address and they told me to stop. I still buy them, I've just slowed down a lot and I haven't heard from Amazon in months.
