Is it safe to list?
 

Late last year I had double digit IP complaints, half which were BS, but I was still forced to write a POA. 7 months later now I have 0 complaints across the board, my account is in great standing.

My question is, I have 2-3 items that I have always sold in previous years, but I deactivated them once I had to write my POA and wait for the complaints to go away.

Is it safe to relist these couple of items now that I am back to 0 complaints, or am I still at a high risk because I have already written a POA?

P.S. These are items I have NOT received IP complaints about.... they are just items that were not under my brand, and I deactivated them just to be safe. I would obviously not relist something that I have received a complaint about.

You should be fine just try to avoid the same problems that happened the first time

And if it does happen again at least you have the proof that you maintained excellent performance
