Listing deleted - Complete your drafts
Hello everyone,
In March I created 3 listings on Amazon FBA with my own brand, enrolled in Amazon Brand Registry. No pb here. I started to sell my products.
Everything was fine until yesterday when I noticed that my 3 listings have been deleted. When I click on "Fix the issue" I go to a page "Complete your drafts". Then I have to click on "Edit draft". There I have to add a description (I use A+ content so I had no description). I also get a message about the SKU: "Because the SKU you entered is already being used on a different product it cannot be reused. Please supply a different SKU.". It does not make any sense. If I change the SKU it creates a brand new listing.
What I want is just to get back my listing with my inventory.
If anyone got the same problem please help.
