Can I use A new bank account under my name on a stealth account or will I get linked?

A new bank is fine and you don't need to worry about the name on the bank.

I highly recommend you start with the Amazon Ghost since you're new at this

Shouldn't be using the exact same ID again - very easy for manual review to link I'd say

When creating a new account, you need to have fresh details for everything, new IP, PC, ID, CC etc etc.

Otherwise, you'll just get shut down straight away.

It’s about time that I have to get my real California ID. I used my passport before and that account is perm suspended. With the new ID, will that be a for sure link based on name alone? I’ll be using new computer, new internet, VPN, new bank and credit card, new Trac phone and new address

Nah name alone is not enough to link

But name + dob + listing the same items previously sold may be enough

If your prior account is old enough, they may not have your ID on file and your DOB.

There was a period in time where Amazon never asked for your ID, and they never asked for your DOB.

In this case your name alone wont link.

But if they have your DOB on file too, may be bad news
