I sent in a legit drivers license with high resolution, front and back and got a reply back that they could not verify the image to send clearer image. I took ANOTHER high resolution image and resent. SAME Reply. Dang you can see the stubble of my beard on the picture. What is this.

Can you get a supervisor on the phone and get them to manually review it?
Just have them call you back on the phone when you create that case from the help page
So I tried to log in to send in a new pictured id and they are telling me my password is wrong (it isn't). Do you think if I started over using the same info that the bots would kick it out. I seem to be wasting my time.
