Amazon Registration issues

It seems that when you register to sell on Amazon and submit the verification documents they ask for, they automatically respond saying the documents are not legible and to re-submit. I have done this several times and the documents are perfectly legible and within their specific requirements, yet they will still not allow them to process through.
Does anyone have any solutions to this?

Yeah same with me and when I tried to resend they said my password was incorrect to call. Total BS as I know what my password is.
