Amazon account deactivated... still get paid?

I recently got my Amazon seller account deactivated aka suspended, I was wandering if I will still get my funds? Or will they notify me anytime soon to let me know if they are going to release my funds? This account was pretty active for almost a year.

Anybody with experience know whats happens next?

One customer complained about a counterfeit item. Which was not true. She was the only one that complained about it. They want to see invoices and supply information as well. So don't know whats going to happen.

They might never released the funds. Did you try appealing?

Not yet, they want me to send invoice info of suppliers, ASIN numbers, qty, etc..

Do you know how long it takes to hear back from them after deactivation? In terms of what they gonna do with the funds?

with a proper appeal / documentation you should be able to withdraw funds
