UK Amazon account deactivated

advice needed

was only selling standard items

they asked for company details and bank which was based in spain

they rejected them and deactivated the account

can i simply start a new one? i didn't really do much wrong, i think the ltd company in spain is old and almost closed

Was the shop not verified?

If you can't get it reactivated you can try another account

Make sure all the info / system is new on the next one

when you say info and system

new mac address, ip etc?

really i am just reapplying in new uk company as old one closed so info used to sign up years ago had expired

If I were you and all your docs are accurate, I'd resubmit them or contact them and tell them that everything is valid.
